Registration
Beautiful Savior Academy admits students of any race, color and national or ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis.
There is a NONREFUNDABLE $100.00 to $125.00 registration fee for preschool and pre-kindergarten and a $175.00 registration fee for kindergarten, due at the time of registration.

Health Requirements
Beautiful Savior Academy is regulated by the (Arizona Department of Health Services (https://www.azdhs.gov/).
The State of Arizona requires the blue immunization card and emergency medical form be completed and on file at the academy on or before your child’s first day. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
Each child’s immunizations must be current according to the child’s age. Records must be sent to the state and they will notify the preschool of past due immunizations. Immunization requrements for the State of Arizona can be found at State of Arizona Office of Education website.
